Testimonials:
I have had the privilege of working closely with Byron for one year on a science unit for biomimicry in collaboration with the Biomimicry Institute and West Ed.
Throughout our partnership, Byron's knowledge and skills were invaluable. His dedication to the project was evident in his meticulous work and innovative ideas. I have personally learned and grown a great deal from Byron during our collaboration; his unique approach and deep understanding of biomimicry have been instrumental in the success of our project and my understanding of biomimicry.
Byron is not only a talented collaborator but also a thoughtful and caring individual. His passion for the environment and love for our planet shine through in all his work. His creativity, coupled with his genuine concern for the well-being of our natural world, makes him truly exceptional.
Despite unexpected challenges, including the reduction of our group size, Byron excelled in his role and went above and beyond to ensure the completion of our biomimicry unit. His commitment, resilience, and ability to work effectively under pressure were commendable, and I am confident that he will approach all future endeavors with the same level of dedication and professionalism.
I am certain that he will continue to inspire those around him with his knowledge, creativity, and genuine commitment to environmental sustainability.
Please feel free to contact me if you require any further information.

North Hero Library
Greetings,
The North Hero Public Library supports the work of Byron Garcia and Natural Designs. Byron is working to expand scientific opportunities for children in our small, rural community. Outside of the science that children are exposed to in school, North Hero and the surrounding Champlain Islands have few programs that the children of our area can attend after school or in the summer months, and even fewer that promote science.
In the summer of 2023, Byron partnered with the North Hero Public Library to offer a summer session teaching children 7-12 about Biomimicry. The library does its best to offer educational opportunities when possible, but we always welcome support from our community members. Byron is willing to share his wealth of experience about an unfamiliar part of science with kids of all ages. We had great participation from the kids who attended the 4-week program and would partner with Byron again.
Warm Regards,
Caroline Korejko
